Questions about subscription and payment
How much does Kreidebuch cost?
The core features are free: timer, logging, history, benchmarks, personal bests per lift, exercises with how-tos and exporting your data. Premium costs €5.99 a month or €53.99 a year and adds insights, planning, programs, import and more. All the details are on the pricing page.
How do I cancel Premium?
The fastest way is in the app under Profile → Subscription → "Cancel contracts here". Without logging in, you can use Cancel contracts here on this website. The monthly plan ends at the end of the current month, the annual plan at the end of its term. Your entries stay where they are.
Can I withdraw from Premium?
Yes, within 14 days of signing up, no reason needed: in the app under Profile → Subscription → "Withdraw from contract", or without logging in via Withdraw from contract here. You get a full refund.
How old do I have to be to use Kreidebuch?
16 or older for the free version, 18 or older for Premium.
What do I get for referring friends?
If someone signs up for a paid Premium subscription through your invite link, you get one month of Premium free once their 14-day withdrawal period has passed. If you already have a subscription, the monthly amount is credited to your next invoice. Up to 12 months per year.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe with a credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA Direct Debit. You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; we never see them. Your invoices are in the app under Profile → Subscription → "Payment and invoices".
What happens after the first year?
After twelve months, the annual plan switches to a monthly plan at €5.99 that you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the month. It does not automatically renew for another year.
What happens to my data when Premium ends?
Nothing is lost. All your entries stay visible; only the Premium features are locked. If you sign up again later, everything is just as it was.
