Within 14 days of taking out Kreidebuch Premium, you can withdraw without giving any reason, even without logging in. You get all payments back. After submitting, you see an acknowledgement right away, and a second one arrives by email.

We are sending a confirmation to the email address of your account right now. It also says whether the withdrawal is effective and what we refund. If there is a subscription within the 14-day period, it ends immediately and you get all payments back. If no email arrives within an hour, please write to support@kreidebuch.de.
