Estimated 1RM
Calculated with the Epley formula from every working set. Example: 100 kg × 5 reps comes out to about 117 kg.
Lifting · Strength training · Heavy lifts
Squat, deadlift, bench, press and the Olympic lifts: Kreidebuch remembers every set, spots new PRs and plans your next session. No spreadsheet, no scraps of paper.
Log sets
Weight and reps for each set, plus RPE, warm-up, drop set or failed attempt. A scheme like 5x5 or 10-9-8-7-6 creates all the sets at once.

Personal bests
Kreidebuch stores your personal best for every rep count on every lift. A new 5RM is a PR, even if your 1RM stays the same. It also estimates your 1RM from your sets.

Programs Premium
Pick one to four lifts, your training days and a method. Kreidebuch puts the sessions in your plan and calculates the weights. After every session, it adjusts the next one.
Five sets of five reps. Hit them all and the weight goes up next time: 2.5 kg on pressing and pulling lifts, 5 kg on the squat and deadlift. Great for beginners and for getting back into it.
Four-session waves based on a training max (90% of your 1RM): 5s, 3s, 5-3-1 and a deload. The last set goes for as many reps as possible, and the result drives the next wave.
From volume to strength: from 5 × 5 at 70% up to doubles at 90%, finishing with a new 1RM attempt. If a session doesn't go to plan, the next one is set 5% lighter.
Level
For eleven lifts, Kreidebuch shows where you stand relative to your body weight, separately for women and men. The strength score combines squat, deadlift, press, clean and snatch into one number from 0 to 100.

From every weighted set, Kreidebuch estimates your 1RM using the Epley formula: weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30). So 100 kg for 5 reps comes out to about 117 kg. If you've logged a true 1RM, it always takes priority over the estimate. The estimate is never set higher than necessary, so you don't end up with unrealistic numbers.

Linear 5×5, the 5/3/1 wave and a percentage block, each for one to four lifts on the training days you choose. The weights adjust after every session: hit all your reps and the weight goes up; miss a session and it's repeated or set lighter. Strength programs are part of Premium.
