How Open 21.1 works
Open 21.1 uses a 1-3-6-9-15-21 rep scheme: you do 1 reps of each movement, then 3, then 6, then 9, then 15, then 21. The clock stops after the last rep. Your score is your time.
Open 21.1 is one of the Open workouts. Workouts from the CrossFit® Open, the yearly worldwide online competition. They're standardized and a good way to compare yourself with others.
