How to do the Row, step by step
- Strap your feet in with the strap across the widest part of your foot.
- Catch: shins about vertical, arms straight, torso leaning slightly forward.
- Drive: legs first, then lean your torso back slightly, then pull the handle to your lower sternum.
- Recovery: arms out first, then tip your torso forward, then bend your knees.
- The recovery takes about twice as long as the drive.
